Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- EPA certification, HVAC/R experience preferred.
- Welding experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and document work orders.
- Oversee on-site vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA and GMPs.
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
