SanMar’s Facilities II, DC supports daily warehouse operations by performing general maintenance and preventive care to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment. You will handle carpentry, repairs, and routine painting as part of a busy distribution center team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in facilities maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with others. Overtime may be required to meet production needs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years facility maintenance experience including general maintenance tasks.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Excellent organization and ability to prioritize daily responsibilities.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, custodial principles, procedures and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance, carpentry, minor repairs and routine painting.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment; inspect and service components.
• Relocate, move, and adjust furniture as needed.
• Respond to management inquiries and resolve facility operational issues.
• Maintain HAZMAT records and interact with outsourced building services.
