Job summary

Villa Sport in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure all repair and maintenance projects are completed safely and on schedule. The role supports a team focused on well-maintained facilities and equipment across our club locations.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with gym equipment and pools, be able to lift up to 100 pounds, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Trade training and a CPO certificate are viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Experience with exercise equipment and pools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPO certificate preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• At least 4 years in a handyman/repair role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repair and maintenance projects are completed on time and safely.
• Assist Facilities Director to keep facilities and equipment well-maintained and operational.
• Work with weekend, evening, and holiday schedules as needed.
