Job summary

Civil Recruit is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II for our Pleasanton, CA location. This hands-on role performs preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment across corporate campuses and leased properties.

The technician responds to work orders, supports building systems operations, and tracks maintenance activities using Corrigo. A valid driver's license and DMV background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance, repair and replacement of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read layouts, diagrams, and building plans and follow codes.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in buildings.
• Respond to emergency calls during off-hours to protect safety and systems.
• Order and stock replacement parts to support maintenance needs.
• Document preventive maintenance in the CMMS (Corrigo).
• Maintain tools and inventory, and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist in preparing work orders and monitor contractor performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems.
