Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily upkeep of corporate offices and distribution centers. You will perform multi-trade tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding and grounds maintenance, with a focus on keeping buildings safe and functional.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units and other building systems.
• Assist with moves and setup of cubicles and offices and related furniture.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and welding tasks as needed.
• Maintain the exterior and interior grounds, perform snow removal as required.
• Use handheld devices to create and close Work Orders and document data.
