The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician II to help maintain and repair TRWD buildings, grounds, and structures across multiple Texas sites. The role includes painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, remodeling, and preventive maintenance to support reliable district operations.

You will coordinate with senior facilities staff, manage work orders, ensure safety standards are met, and may supervise janitorial tasks.

Qualificações

• Four (4) years of facility maintenance, remodeling, or a related field.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Paint, carpentry, basic plumbing, remodeling, and general maintenance on TRWD buildings and grounds.
• Lead small projects from start to finish in coordination with senior staff.
• Enter data for work orders and timekeeping.
• Coordinate routine preventive maintenance and safety practices.
• Transport materials and equipment for maintenance projects.
• Participate in after hours emergency response and on-call rotations.
