Job summary

Moosehaven is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team for full-time, 40 hours per week. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs across buildings, grounds, and campus systems both on-site and off-site.

A strong sense of safety, accountability, and teamwork is essential. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in facilities maintenance, valid Florida driver''s license, and basic carpentry and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Florida driver''s license required.
• Technical school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to daily maintenance needs, work orders, and emergent situations.
• Inspect, test, and maintain facility equipment and components.
• Perform routine electrical maintenance (re-lamping, wiring, switches).
• Perform plumbing maintenance for potable and sanitary systems.
• Perform basic carpentry, wall/floor repairs, painting, and finishing work.
• Complete required documentation for work orders and inspections.
