Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and systems.
• Maintain patient care equipment as needed.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.
• Respond to emergencies and building requests promptly.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals for task guidance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Travel as required.
