Qualifications

• One year of building maintenance, grounds maintenance, general trades, skilled trades, moving services, or mechanical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of employees and assists the supervisor in the maintenance of buildings, ground and equipment.
• Perform janitorial duties in maintaining buildings and adjacent areas.
• Perform the duties of employees in maintaining and repairing plumbing, sewerage systems, electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Make carpentry repairs to buildings and equipment.
• Upkeep in grounds maintenance (primarily lawn mowing and trimming).
• Paint and special projects that pertain to the upkeep of buildings.
