Qualifications

• One year of facility maintenance or related experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive.
• Safety-focused with adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on company buildings across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures.
• Assists with estimates, project costs, and monitoring of vendor work.
• Manages work orders and tracks labor hours and equipment maintenance.
• Performs renovations including sheetrock, patching, painting, and wiring.
• Handles rent-ready residential unit turn tasks and basic snow removal.
• Responds to emergencies and after-hours requests within required timeframes.
