Job summary

Responsibilities

General grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, snow removal.
General building upkeep and carpentry repairs or renovations.
Repair and upkeep of plumbing fixtures and water heaters.
Interior and exterior painting and staining.
Drywall repair and fine finishing preparation for painting.
Light electrical work and upgrades; basic fixture installation.
Move and relocate furniture to various Valley locations and storage facilities.
Travel between locations to perform duties and document in logs.
Assist in vehicle maintenance and maintain related logs.
Maintain gas furnaces and air-conditioning units; attend trainings and meetings.
