Catholic Charities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Family and Community Services division in Rochester, NY. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and oversee contractors to keep agencies safe and functional.

The role requires a High School Diploma with at least two years of maintenance experience, valid NYS Driver’s License, and willingness to travel between sites. A tool stipend after one year is provided; you will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Experience with energy management systems, access control and IT wiring preferred.
• Must have valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation for site travel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe and secure Agency facilities.
• Make repairs as directed by Supervisor and monitor for facility damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of buildings, windows, floors, and appliances.
• Oversee contractors/vendors for quality and contract adherence.
• Assist with janitorial duties, setup for meetings, and office moves.
• Provide daily and weekly task worksheets to supervisor.
