Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in facility maintenance preferred.
• Valid NYS driver’s license may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC support.
• Conduct regular inspections and complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Assist with renovation or construction tasks under supervision.
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks: mowing, edging, snow removal and seasonal duties.
• Maintain safety, document activities, and communicate status to supervisors.
