Job summary

Victory Programs Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I - Capital to maintain and improve our Boston sites. You will perform light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance under supervision, supporting a rotating coverage model and early start schedule.

The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, a valid MA driver’s license, and a commitment to serving a diverse client population.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year performing maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Valid MA driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work with a diverse client population and adapt to non-linear needs.
• Diligence to ensure high-quality and timely completion of work.

Responsibilities

• Work on capital projects as assigned by the Facilities Maintenance Technician III - Capital or Director of Facilities.
• Light plumbing installations/repairs and fixture replacement.
• Assist in carpentry and finish work under supervision.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Exterior and interior painting.
