Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains the assigned area and communicates actions taken.
• Serves as primary contact for Property Services customers.
• Inspects equipment for proper operation and reports issues.
• Performs preventative or corrective maintenance tasks.
• Starts up, shuts down, and adjusts equipment per safety procedures.
• Supports shift coverage and on-call duties for 24/7 operations.
• Participates in disaster/hurricane preparedness activities.
