Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to care for the manufacturing facility, ensure compliance with city, county, and state codes, and support production operations. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing planned maintenance, and maintaining safe, efficient facilities.

Schedule is M-F, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with overtime as needed. A HS diploma and 2+ years of maintenance experience are preferred, with HVAC/plumbing experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years facilities or maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC or plumbing systems preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems and controls using hand tools and meters.
• Repair plumbing, fixtures, and piping to keep facilities functional.
• Maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and circuits.
• Operate and maintain safety systems including fire alarms and CCTV.
• Keep records of maintenance activities and repairs.
