Job summary

You will maintain climate control systems, schedule events, troubleshoot digital controls, and supervise support staff to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalency and four years’ experience HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Criminal background check required; compliance with FDLE background standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across campus buildings and grounds.
• Ensure security of buildings and availability of necessary supplies and parts.
• Work with climate control systems, assist in operations, and schedule events.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair digital control systems and components.
• Train and instruct support staff; monitor work for accuracy and safety compliance.
