Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in general building repair and maintenance.
• Experience with basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to analyze system operations and identify causes of malfunctions.
• Must be available for call-in work.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and working on ladders up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain HVAC and related equipment for optimum performance.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions.
• General interior maintenance tasks.
• Assist operations team with building maintenance and repairs.
• Move office furniture and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Escalate issues to Customer and Manager.
• Attend safety meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with hazardous materials storage and disposal policies.
