Eliada Homes, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general upkeep of facilities.

The role involves inspecting facilities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safe, well-maintained buildings for staff and residents. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of maintenance experience, a valid North Carolina driver license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in varying weather conditions.

Competenze

• Three years of building maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid NC driver license is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

• Identifies and corrects building and equipment problems through carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC work.
• Repairs, modifies, constructs, fabricates, and maintains building structures and equipment to ensure safe conditions for employees.
• Replaces or updates old materials and appliances to provide a safe, comfortable working environment.
• Inspects facilities and equipment and oversees the quality and safety of vendor work.
• Mows lawns and maintains the grounds.
