You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor, attend daily meetings, report issues, and be on call for emergencies. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years technical experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; valid

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of direct technical work experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation, or related areas.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and current auto insurance.
Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance duties including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping and more.
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to meet quality maintenance standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property; attend daily staff meetings.
Communicate with maintenance staff and management on projects and vendor appointments.
Maintain grounds and common areas, report concerns, and perform repairs.
Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks as needed.
Monitor maintenance inventory and supplies; perform miscellaneous duties.
