Job summary

LifeSkills Connection Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Worker to help keep our facilities safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor in a hands-on role with ownership to ensure repairs and daily operations are completed correctly and on time. The ideal candidate has at least five years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least five years of maintenance experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluate and inspect systems and facilities to identify maintenance/repairs.
• Perform maintenance at LifeSkills facilities and operate/maintain equipment.
• Ensure work is completed in line with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance audits and develop procedures/schedules.
• Maintain files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts.
• Partner with Supervisor and teammates to perform maintenance as a team.
