Career Systems Development Corporation seeks a reliable maintenance assistant to respond to general maintenance work orders across the center. You will perform janitorial, grounds, and minor construction tasks, and may supervise Work Based Learning students.

Applicants should have at least six months of maintenance experience, read/write at high school level, and a valid driver's license. Duties include driving, equipment care, and adherence to established procedures.

Qualificações

• Must be able to read and write English at a high school level with at least six months of general maintenance experience.
• Must have a valid Driver License.

Responsabilidades

• Perform interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping tasks per work orders.
• Carry out minor building construction tasks.
• Be knowledgeable of the School Dude / Assets Essential work system (CMMS).
• May work with assigned Work Based Learning (WBL) students.
• Mow lawns, maintain grounds, and pick up trash and papers.
• Care for plants, trees, and flowers.
• Transport students by bus and automobile to various sites as needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good repair and stored properly.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and center operating procedures.
• Maintain a work environment with zero accidents and injuries.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings; CPR/First Aid certification may be obtained.
