Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks for the Hanover Township facility. You will support the Manager/Supervisor in keeping equipment and grounds in top condition to ensure smooth product flow across operations.

The role requires light physical work, multi-temperature environment tolerance, and overtime as needed. Shifts: 7:00pm-3:30am or 3:00pm-11:30pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits starting from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, perform safety checks, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed whacking, and snow chipping as needed.
• Assist Facilities Manager with installations, modifications, and replacements of tools and equipment.
• Maintain warehouse, operate power equipment, clean floors, handle spills, debris, and snow.
• Perform custodial duties, painting, power washing, and related projects.
• Fill and maintain equipment like cardboard baler and water batteries; assist with moving pallets and totes.
• Perform light maintenance (bulbs, sinks, toilets, carpet cleaning, duct work, meeting room setup).
• Assist with special maintenance projects including conveyor work.
• Secure equipment and complete required paperwork at shift end; perform related duties.
