Job summary

Core-Mark International in Solon, OH is seeking a Building Maintenance worker to perform general upkeep and repairs in a busy distribution facility. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 8:00am–2:30pm, with a $27.00 hourly pay rate.

You will help ensure safe, efficient operations and maintain the facility to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and daily housekeeping, while addressing maintenance needs promptly to minimize downtime and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of maintenance or related experience.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility.
• Inspect equipment and repair or replace as needed to avoid downtime.
• Inspect condensers, evaporators and other critical systems.
