Job summary
The Grand Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech and/or Floor Tech to support facility upkeep and groundskeeping within our rehabilitation and nursing facility. Flexibility with schedule and weekend work is required, with pay between $19 and $21 per hour depending on experience.
Ideal candidates have general maintenance knowledge, including plumbing and electrical experience, and can lift 50–100 lbs while working under supervision to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained
Qualifications
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift and move 50–100 lbs.
- Weekend availability: one weekend per month.
Responsibilities
- General Maintenance Tasks: upkeep of the facility, painting resident rooms.
- Plumbing & Electrical: basic repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Material Movement: move materials between rooms and areas.
- Property Maintenance: groundskeeping and landscaping.
- Emergency Response: respond to maintenance issues as needed.
