Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for community buildings, grounds, and resident amenities.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems to ensure safety and comfort for residents. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in maintenance or related fields, English communication skills, and the physical ability to lift 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, structural, and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to resident/service requests and repair or replace interior fixtures.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and maintain records (serial numbers, maintenance logs).
• Maintain emergency procedures, safety, and infection control standards.
• Turn-over duties in resident apartments and ensure a clean, safe environment.
