Central Bethany is seeking a Maintenance Porter to join the Facilities team near Beaverton/Hillsboro. The role supports the maintenance crew with grounds care at Bethany Village, handles light maintenance, cleaning, and window washing to keep village areas professional.

The position requires the ability to follow orders, comprehend written documents, and communicate effectively with clients and staff. Schedule: Tue–Sat 7:00am–3:00pm; Pay: $21.00–$21.50 per hour. Driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smartphone applications for training and company system purposes.
• Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance to the maintenance team when requested.
• Maintain trash receptacles located throughout property.
• Pick up loose mail, trash, debris, and disposing of it appropriately.
• Clean windows and perform other general cleaning tasks.
• Pressure wash sidewalks & perform occasional light, outdoor painting.
• Water plants.
