Job summary

Central Bethany Development Co LP in Portland, OR 97229 is seeking a Maintenance Porter to join the Facilities team. The role supports the Bethany Village grounds and performs light maintenance and cleaning to keep all areas looking professional. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00am - 3:00pm. Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour. Driver's license required. This is a full-time position with benefits including retirement, club membership, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to use computer/smartphone applications for training and company systems.
• Ability to comprehend written documents such as work orders and safety rules.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the maintenance team when requested.

• Pick up loose mail, trash, debris, and dispose of it appropriately.
• Clean windows and perform other general cleaning tasks.

Job Details: Job Location: Central Bethany - Portland, OR 97229, Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.50 Hourly, Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Maintenance Porter to join the Facilities team! The successful candidate will assist with the Grounds of Bethany Village and perform occasional light maintenance tasks, as well as general cleaning to ensure all village areas appear professional at all times. Prior, similar work experience preferred but not required!

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour

Shift: Full-time

Drivers License Required.
