Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance, operation, and safety of all company facilities. You will manage building systems, coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, fire codes, and safety standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of all company facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance with internal teams and vendors.
• Track expenses and contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and compliance documents.
• Collaborate on facility improvements, renovations, or space reconfigurations.
