Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician III in Parker, CO. This role performs routine facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety-related tasks in a food manufacturing environment.

You will follow SOPs, maintain equipment, and support production with reliable infrastructure. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of manufacturing equipment, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of food manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Good verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with PIT operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe working environment for all employees, visitors, and partners.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs equipment in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Maintains documentation for asset tracking, maintenance, and inspections.
• Collaborates with site leadership to minimize downtime and troubleshoot issues.
• Trains employees on safe operation of equipment and acts as SME for facilities.
