KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician III in Parker, CO. The role involves basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair of equipment and systems following SOPs to ensure safe and compliant operations.

The position requires strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems. Shift is 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing equipment, including processing and packaging.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pneumatic systems.
• Fabrication and welding skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to read owner\'s manuals, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Ability to utilize spreadsheets and databases to plan and track work.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) operations and maintenance knowledge.
• Knowledge of conveyor systems, safety equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Promotes a safe working environment for all employees, visitors, and partners.
• Inspects, maintains, and repairs equipment in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation for all equipment.
• Collaborates with site leadership to maintain and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborates with the Quality Assurance team.
• Follows and enforces cGMPs, SQF, and regulatory policies.
• Maintains PITs and fleet vehicles.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex equipment and facilities issues.
• Serves as the primary contact for maintenance vendors and partners.
• Prioritizes work to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and manage cost.
• Trains employees on safe operation of equipment.
• Maintains appearance and upkeep of facilities within lease requirements.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
