Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to maintain diverse building systems and respond to issues promptly.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tolling plazas and DOT offices in the Tampa area.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems.
• Ensure safety of workers and the traveling public and operate with a company vehicle.
• Coordinate with supervisor and oversee subcontractors when needed.
• Interface with customers to address concerns and schedule work.
