Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a maintenance worker to perform environmental center maintenance duties under supervision. You will keep the facility sanitary, attractive and in good repair, addressing hazards in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

This full-time role runs 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday, with benefits including 401(k) matching, dental, health, life and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Maintenance procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities to ensure sanitary, attractive and orderly condition; keep in good repair and free from hazards in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
• Assist in maintaining the facility to comply with Federal, State and Local codes and regulations.
• Support environmental center compliance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
