Job summary

Staffmark Group currently seeks a Facilities Maintenance professional in Monroe, OH. The role pays $19.00 per hour with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

This position is part of a Janitor/Custodian career path and focuses on keeping buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, customers, and visitors. The job requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), plus 2 years of vocational/technical training with appropriate certification or at least 5 years of

Qualifications

• MUST be licensed to operate forklift, work truck or boom lift.
• MUST have valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years experience cleaning facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean production facility floors and equipment.
• Service and supply restrooms and break rooms.
• Empty waste and manage trash to central collection point.
• Spot clean walls/windows and manage spills.
• Set up facilities for events and conferences.
