Qualifications

• Licenses: Valid Class C California driver's license; state contractor's license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee journey level building maintenance and construction across District facilities.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, and concrete work including design, fabrication, and repairs.
• Install and repair locks, roofing, doors, and related fixtures.
• Prepare work orders and maintain CMMS records; ensure safety standards.
