Job summary

Cheney Brothers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and oversee facility and equipment maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks. You will direct work, supervise vendors, perform inspections, and help maintain preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• Required Experience: 1 - 3 Years.
• Previous maintenance or operations experience. Strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and external vendors. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems to record and track data. Ability to push, pull and lift 75 lbs.
• Must be able to pass post offer background and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Directs work and supervises vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and/or systems.
• Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections to identify needed repairs and safety hazards.
• Records data from main electrical panels on a quarterly basis.
• Inspects equipment and building areas, including air compressors, roof, sprinkler systems; records inspection data.
• Provides support with conference room setup for meetings, caterings, and events.
• Maintains receipt and accountability for deliveries including Federal Express, office supplies, and postal service.
