The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) is seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support all facility management programs at the DMV HQ in Blythewood and across the state. You will perform maintenance, custodial, and minor construction duties as needed, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining equipment, and responding to emergencies 24/7. A high school diploma and the ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trades experience preferred.
• Must complete a nationwide criminal background check including fingerprinting.
