Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems.
• Support electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility repairs.
• Respond to corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance needs.
• Coordinate daily maintenance work orders and task assignments.
• Serve as first-level escalation for technical or operational issues.
• Reinforce safe work practices and proper PPE usage.
