Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade schooling preferred.
• Typically 5–10 years of experience in facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance.
• Trade certifications or licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems
• Support electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility repairs
• Coordinate daily maintenance work orders and task assignments
• Serve as first-level escalation for technical or operational issues
• Reinforce safe work practices, job planning, and proper use of tools and PPE
• Update work orders with accurate labor, materials, and completion details
• Troubleshoot facility issues and coordinate timely resolution
• Assist with shutdowns, inspections, and facility improvement projects
• Share best practices and provide hands-on guidance during complex repairs
