Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Community Maintenance Supervisor for our Marble Falls, TX site. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate preventive programs, and ensure safe, efficient community facilities operations.

This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, strong planning, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (facility management degree preferred), and a solid background in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management with supervisory responsibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in facilities management or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in maintenance strategies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Budget management and preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders to set priorities and allocates resources.
• Oversees repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Conducts regular inspections and prioritizes tasks.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs.
• Plans and improves procedures to optimize resources.
• Monitors maintenance reports to guide decisions.
• Works with vendors/contractors for specialized services and negotiations.
• Assists in preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget and controlling expenditures.
• Fosters positive relationships with residents and addresses concerns.
