Job summary

Robesonia Logistics LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5+ technicians, including MHE and refrigeration staff. The role focuses on safe, continuous operations and CMMS-driven maintenance planning.

The supervisor will oversee schedules, training, and performance, coordinate with vendors, and act as site lead in the Manager's absence. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical trades focus; BS in Management a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude and computer skills; CMMS knowledge plus.
• Experience supervising 5+ technicians and coordinating maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5+ technicians across MHE, building, refrigeration, and battery maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage vendor interactions and external work to meet standards and timelines.
• Analyze daily metrics, CMMS inputs, and maintenance performance; support payroll timekeeping.
