State of South Carolina is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee janitorial and maintenance tasks, grounds care, and inventory control. The position includes minor repairs to building and grounds equipment, HVAC and electrical systems, and occasional carpentry work to improve facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma, four years of equipment/grounds maintenance experience, supervisory ability, and a clean driving record.

• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks per agency guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Perform minor repairs on building and grounds equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and perform minor carpentry/drywall work.
• Review maintenance schedules and ensure agency vehicles receive timely service and repairs.
• Train and oversee consumers with a vocational objective in janitorial/maintenance.
