• Ability to plan, lay out, assign and coordinate the work of skilled tradesmen and foremen; read plans; estimate costs; give clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Building Construction Workers, Painters and Maintenance Helpers; coordinate work with outside contractors and skilled tradespeople.
• Inspect buildings, equipment and grounds; maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure safe operation of utilities; manage repairs and renovations at Kona Community Hospital and Kona Health.
