Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor for our 50,000-sq‑ft facility. Lead maintenance and reliability efforts across automated blending and distribution operations, coaching the team on operator-driven reliability and TPM/RCM principles.

You will own maintenance, asset strategies, and AMR fleet health, partnering with operations to drive uptime and a safe, compliant workplace; experience with SCADA (Ignition) and highly automated

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industrial maintenance leadership in manufacturing or chemical processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience planning maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Strong reliability background with TPM/RCM and coaching operations teams.
• Experience with highly automated production equipment and AMR fleets.
• Knowledge of SCADA platforms such as Ignition.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the maintenance team to complete corrective work orders and PM schedules.
• Oversee asset strategy execution to minimize downtime and extend equipment life cycles.
• Manage maintenance workflows, parts inventory, and external contractor relationships.
• Provide hands-on Reliability expertise to operations, promoting AM and TPM principles.
• Coach operators to own basic care, troubleshooting, and reliability of equipment.
• Analyze equipment performance metrics (e.g., OEE) to identify chronic issues and drive improvements.
• Manage health, routing optimization, and maintenance of AMR fleet and software systems.
• Oversee maintenance and safety of lift truck fleet; direct building and grounds upkeep for a 50,000-sq ft facility.
