Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma/GED or Technical School Certification with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance, improving uptime and asset utilization.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs including root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards per OSHA.
• Manage third-party contractors and contractor management programs.
• Maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds to company standards, including HVAC and critical process equipment.
• Provide responsive maintenance support to facility customers and complete service calls and repairs.
• Support budgeting and capital projects, driving continuous improvement and energy efficiency.
• Travel up to 10% and perform other duties as assigned.
