Job summary

SLB is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of facility systems and infrastructure in a safe, compliant environment. You will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate preventive programs, manage work orders, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will plan, assign, and monitor maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and utility systems, while coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–7 years in facility/maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance staff activities.
• Plan and monitor preventive/corrective maintenance for facility systems.
• Ensure operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain records and regulatory documentation; manage budgets and inventory.
