Job summary

Companion Health Services LLC is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support staff, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across maintenance functions. The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and organizational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum two years of supervisory experience and 3–5 years in building or facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, with a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory training preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Supervisory Experience.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in building, facility, property, or equipment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet-rock, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of facility and property operations, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and delegate effectively; on-call 24/7 as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations while ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and standards.
• Lead and guide staff to promote teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
• Assist with scheduling, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and timely task completion.
• Oversee maintenance and environmental services for a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine safety and compliance inspections.
• Maintain inventory and organization of supplies and equipment storage.
• Deliver excellent customer service and sound decision making.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
