Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of facilities maintenance or building operations experience.
• Knowledge of general building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Experience with CMMS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections and safety audits; address hazards and maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate and monitor contractor/work crew activities; make repair recommendations.
• Install and troubleshoot network drops/workstation connectivity as needed.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
