Job summary

Schlumberger Limited seeks a Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance of core facility systems and building infrastructure. You will lead maintenance staff, plan preventive and corrective work, and ensure safe, compliant operations at our Louisiana site.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems, plus OSHA familiarity, are essential. Leadership, communication, and CMMS proficiency are required; on-site responsibilities may include after-hours support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in facilities maintenance, engineering technology, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 3-7 years of facility, plant operations, or maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance and plant services staff.
• Plan, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance work for facility systems and equipment.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and organizational policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized repairs and projects.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment histories, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets, inventory, and purchasing activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support facility improvement projects, renovations, and capital equipment installations.
