NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in San Diego, CA, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the NHG maintenance team and uphold facility standards. Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience involving upkeep of buildings, grounds, fixtures, equipment.
• Three years of specialized maintenance work across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance personnel across buildings.
• Trains associates using NHG training standards and schedules work.
• Inspects rooms daily to ensure NHG standards are met and processes work orders with Maintenance Manager.
• Maintains security of guest rooms and proper key log procedures.
• Manages departmental budget, supplies, and inventory; monitors monthly expenses.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and proper issuance/control of keys.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of NHG facilities and work area.
